When your schedule takes you around the world, the last thing you should have to manage is what happens when travel doesn’t go according to plan.

My White Glove service provides you with a dedicated travel contact who remains available 24/7 throughout your trip.

A flight is cancelled. A connection is missed. Plans change while you’re in the air. Your hotel needs attention. You need to understand your travel protection or find out what options are available. You will have someone on standby who can step in to find options.

I can monitor the situation, contact the appropriate travel suppliers, research available alternatives and help coordinate the next steps while you continue with your work.

Before you travel, I keep your preferences and travel details on file, from airline and flight preferences to hotel requirements, room preferences and special arrangements you may want waiting when you arrive.

This service is designed for travelers who want peace of mind and personalized care, no matter where their work or vacation takes them. Ideal for executives, business owners, consultants, engineers and other individuals whose time is valuable and whose work doesn’t necessarily stop when the office closes.

Your travel must be arranged through my agency, including flights, hotels and transfers. Travel protection must also be purchased through my agency to allow me to access travel insurance details and assist with questions, coverage information or other travel protection matters while you’re away.

There is no cost to register as a White Glove client.

The service is $500 CAD per booking, with an introductory rate of $300 CAD per booking through December 31, 2026.
